Very Large Beni Ouirain Carpet
Beni Ouirain from the Atlas Mountains of Morocco carpets rarely appear in such a large size. This one, dating to the mid-20th century, is quite beautiful, snowy white wool with a fleecy texture. The lattice design is freely drawn in a soft brown shade of natural wool. The pile is soft and fluffy, ideal for easy living. The condition is excellent, retaining the original long kilim ends. This rare carpet would be an excellent choice for a contemporary setting, or even a Swiss chalet.
