Graphic Gendje Rug

This lovely Gendje rug combines archaic geometric ornamentation with great colours in a striking composition. The row of hooked stepped ornaments is interspersed with colourful diamonds and other geometric figures. The ivory border repeats the idea of the hooked stepped figures. Note the two charming characters in the top right hand corner. In good condition, and professionally cleaned.
